Hello I’m looking for someone to help out in the kitchen at a 50th birthday party of about 40 guests in Stafford Heights on Saturday, 27 November from 2.30pm to about 9/9.30 We will be serving hot and cold canapes that will already be made but need heating and arranging on trays. We will also be serving two warm dishes that will be made but need to be warmed (bolognese and butter chicken) and then portioned into individual serving sizes. There will be a cake to cut up and plate later on and maybe a small number (likely about 4 or so) of tea and coffees although most guests will likely stick to wine and water. We would want some one to warm up food and arrange platters and tidy up/use the dishwasher. We will provide an approximate run sheet and will be happy to feed you. We will have someone else on drinks and serving food but you may need to assist with serving the guests - the function is directly off the kitchen area but we understand you are not two people and will be realistic about this so we can obviously assist in serving as required. Hello I’m looking for someone to help out in the kitchen at a Birthday party of 30 or less guests in Bracken Ridge on Saturday 23rd Oct from about 5pm - 11pm. A set of pretty canapés and drinks are being served to the guests. I already have 2 waitresses assigned to serve them to the guests. Your role would be to be in the kitchen and oversee the run sheet which lists the different canapés and what times they are to go out to the guests so you can guide the waitresses in what goes out next etc so we can keep to the schedule. Also need some help with making up some of the pretty canapés onto trays and presenting food nicely before it goes out, cutting up the cake and putting onto plates, stuff like that and just generally making sure the kitchen is flowing smoothly and tidy. I am looking for some help in kitchen for a private function in our home. It is my son's 21st birthday and we will have around 50.
