Dressmaker to make trench coats from patterns

Needing a dressmaker to make some coats and jackets from patterns. Looking for samples prior to producing.

I'd like to replace the leather patch on this travel wallet with a new patch I've purchased, so it needs removal of the stitching and then embroidery to add the new one. I'd rather it be embroidered on than glued. The patch to be removed is 6cmx3cm and the one to be embroidered on is 7cmx7cm, black thread required. I'm based in Westmead, and happy to do a drop off. Budget flexible for the right experience.

I need edges of small segments of fabric hemmed.

I have three curtains that need to be cut in half and edges sewn. They are 2.22 cm in height (so around 13 m of hemming to do). They were custom made but stupidly as one panel to cover the windows and not two panels. I can drop them off to be fix if you are half hr away from north rocks.

I have a few pairs of jeans that need to be hemmed, and some taken in at the waist. Just some random sewing tasks. Ideally collect them from me or I’ll drop them off so you can measure and then I can pick them up or you can drop them back. If you can just give me a price per piece or a total cost for a few to be done. Whatever you prefer. Thank you. I also have 1 pair of linen pants that needs a new button/latch.
