Book a reliable carburetor tuning service in VIC

I have a Braaap SS125 Motorbike. It's basically brand new < 500km, however I seem to have always had a battery and idle problem. After leaving it over night the electric starter doesn't work, and I have to kick start it. After I do start it, then it doesn't idle and the engine can just stop without keeping the throttle on. Once the bike is warm and ridden for 30 mins or more the electric starter and idling can improve (though still temperamental) After going away on a holiday and coming back, not even the kick starter worked. The job will have to be done at Coburg. I have a new lithium battery I'd like installed, and I think the idling problem might be the carby. Though I've watched many YouTube vidoes, I'd like to get someone who knows what they are doing to help. I also don't know how much is reasonable to quote, so would be happy to hear an appropriate quote. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible

My Yamaha GP800 jetski starts and runs but was going to full throttle on start-up (galloping). Another mechanic removed the twin carby to put in carby kits (which I have) but then Covid hit and I was not able to take the ski back to him due to the distance. Just need kits put through the carby and it put back on the ski. I have the service manual and all the parts required. Just need someone mechanically minded to finish it of. The task budget is flexible within reason.

Carburettor off my drz400 is leaking fuel and needs to be serviced/fixed. Is removed from bike.

Mechanics adjusted the idle screw. Ran fine on the way home, was running a little rough and spitty yesterday. Tried playing with the screws a little and now it won't start / spits fuel out the top instead. Not sure what's going on. It's a weber. Car is 84 hiace. No points and gap system, runs off converted. Can take it off and bring to you if easier if you have a motor in workshop.

I have a 1955 Austin A30 with a single SU Carburetor. This vehicle has been modified with a 1020cc engine. I can't get it to run correctly with in consistent idle, stalling and no power when I can drive it.
