Looking for a personal trainer to perfect my mixed martial arts technique. I’m currently in a course to be a les mills body combat instructor (Body Combat 92). My day three assessment is on November 13 so ideally I’d like 1 to 2 sessions a week till that time, commencing this week. The training sessions will involve assisting in learning and technique perfection of all tracks in body combat 92 (I have them). Based in Ultimo , the options are either outdoor training or a nearby gym if you have it. Qualification/experience in martial arts / boxing are essential. I work full-time but can be flexible with timing. I would like 30 mins to an hour depending on required training. Getting fitter and stronger (strength conditioning) a plus. I also do les mills classes during the week. . - Due date: Flexible

Based in Parramatta Metro near the river, the options are either outdoor training or a nearby gym if you have it. Doing any kind of martial arts / boxing, if you are qualified, are an added advantage but not essential. Due to my busy workload I am planning to start with 1 session of half hour to 45 minutes per week and build from that point as time allows.
