I would highly recommend Zac. The Aqara A100 Smart Door Lock turned out to be bit of a challenge for the type of door I had but Zac kept on it until he got it installed and working to perfection. Looking for someone to fix the latch/lock on our front security screen door. The latch doesn’t always spring back out properly after using the handle, so the door sometimes needs to be pushed/slammed to get it to catch. The strike plate or door alignment may also need a small adjustment. Happy for the existing lock to be repaired if possible, or replaced if needed. It appears to be an older Whitco Tasman-style lock. Front door lock is loose and one of the bolts is not long enough for the threads to fully engage so only one bolt is effectively clamping the door. The issue is caused by all the hardened epoxy on the door effectively increasing the width to clamp. The repair person may either have to sand back the mounting surface of use a longer mounting bolt which look similar to an attached image. May need to bring some spares to see which one fits correctly.
