The Issue: The door handles on two of our internal rooms (Optometry Room and Office/Back Room) are broken, loose, and not functioning correctly. This affects the usability and security of these important staff areas. The Job: The task is to replace both faulty handle sets with new, durable units. The scope of work includes: 1. Supplying two new, like-for-like replacement door handle sets. 2. The required style is a commercial-grade, black lever handle on a round rose (as seen in the photos). 3. Carefully removing the old hardware from both doors. 4. Installing the two new handle sets, ensuring they are securely fastened. 5. Testing both doors thoroughly to confirm they latch correctly and the handles are solid and operate smoothly. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the two new replacement door handle sets. The cost for this hardware must be included in your final offer.
