Need a carpenter to fix a sliding door for the toilet. The door is stuck half way through and does not lock.

I have lost my 2010 mitsubishi lancer keys .car is locked and parked in front of my house in a safe spot. Need car to opened , key cut and remote programmed

One side of the the door lock handle is not retracting automatically back to horizontal position. If I open the door by pressing the handle downwards, the door is opened but the handle remains down and not retracting back automatically. The lock is working fine but only handle retraction issue. - Due date: Flexible

My existing external colour bond gate's lock is damaged, I want to fix a new lock (lock latch) openable from both side. My garden shed door sliding is not working, need to fix tgat as well. Photoes attached.

The key is broken and got stuck in the lock. Need to get it fixed.

The lock on the sliding door to the patio has come off. This has happened a few times before as well. I need the lock replaced with a new one and firmly installed so it doesn't keep coming off. Bathroom door needs to be replaced. The existing sliding door has become non-operational and needs to be replaced with a single door like in our other bathroom and as shown in the image below. We will buy the door, the lock and anything else required. - Due date: Before Sunday, 25 September 2022

We have a triple lock sliding security door. The door is not opening and the locksmith tried to change the cylinder. He managed to removed the old cylinder but the door still does not open as the lower triple lock is not releasing. The upper triple lock has no problem releasing. My garage door has lost power and the manual key does not work. There is no internal access to the garage so no ability to trigger the manual garage from the internal hook. I need someone to either open it using the key which I have had zero success with or drill it out to engage the manual lock. They key is a tubular one.
