Recently my Kogan smart lock decided not to unlock the deadbolt. The control panel works and unlocks the bottom latch, however, the deadbolt doesn’t. I’ve reset it, changed batteries etc and believe it needs to be replaced. I haven’t got a replacement just yet and open to suggestions. Purchasing this will be separate to this task. Need to have my patio/ balcony sliding door lock replaced. The job will require removing the previous lock and replacing with new one. I will purchase the replacement but it would be great to be advised on the most suitable replacement. You just need to install.
Good result, took a really long time to get there though. Had to make multiple visits and was quite late many times - cancelled twice. Custom made a spacer for the fidgetty door lock he had to install which ended up looking great. Unfortunately left a scuff in the wall and then requested I pay more after telling me he didn’t realise the price he accepted which seemed odd and a little unprofessional.

Nina was an excellent communicator and made the whole process easy. She suggested a more suitable lock for our outdoor gate than the one I had originally chosen, which we really appreciated.
