Husband and I need some help for a few hours to move, declutter and organise some boxes and furniture after we moved house a few months ago and before our first rental inspection this Monday 21st. We can help and direct but we both have limited mobility at the moment so would like someone with a bit of strength but who can also help with some house cleaning (including vacuuming / steam mopping).

I’m seeking an experienced, efficient and proactive household assistant for 1–1.5 hours each weekday in my three-bedroom home in Kardinya. I’m a single mum with a toddler, friendly border collie and seven-day-a-week career. The home is well kept, but I need reliable daily help to stop small jobs piling up. This is household assistance rather than traditional cleaning. The $400 budget covers the first trial week: five weekday visits of 1–1.5 hours each. Initially, visits must begin between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. Once trust is established, visits can occur flexibly between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm by agreement. Please apply only if available for all five visits at this budget.
