We are a professional couple with two young children aged 3, 5. We are seeking a regular housekeeper / cleaner To work 8-10 hrs a week. Our house is 3x2 upstairs /downstairs and regularly gets untidy due to our young children. Must be honest; punctual; reliable and be able to follow instructions to understand our needs. Tasks include - cleaning - bathrooms; vacuuming; - Laundry - washing /drying / folding clothes - Kitchen - stacking/installing dishwasher; putting away crockery etc. - vacuum/mopping as needed - Tidying up - changing sheets etc periodically - Due date: Before Wednesday, 18 January 2023

Maybe a full day once a fortnight. We do have a weekly cleaner but there are things that dont get done - vacuuming the car, changing/cleaning bedsheets, cleaning microwave, cleaning/sorting out kitchen cupboards/draws, making dog food (boil brown rice, sweet potato, mince) maybe take dogs around the block (poodles) maybe finding things that need a tidy/organise. - Due date: Flexible

We have a small store room at our work which needs cleaning out and items taken to tip. You would need an open Ute. The store room is actually an unused single shower space (2m long x 1m wide). We recently noticed something has leaked and caused some mould to grow on the shelving unit so we’ve decided it’s best to just throw out the lot. Items include: -Small shelving unit about shoulder height -Small pigeon holes about chest height -2 x A-frame advertising signs -Other small miscellaneous items I will send through a photo to this task when I’m back in the office first thing in the morning (thursday). I have added a previous photo of the storeroom however there is more stuff in there now. Job would require two people to help remove small shelves. I will add photos of those too.
