I need someone to help me sort garden shed and back verandah initially but also need to sort kitchen and 2 bedrooms.

Help around the house on a fortnightly basis, cleaning and cooking, whatever is needed that week. A bit more about the scope of work: house 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Vacuum and wash the floors, dust, wash bathrooms and toilets, wipe down kitchen. Cooking: 2-3 meal prep style dishes. Something simple from our ingredients, clean after cooking dishes and wipe down surfaces. Hours: 3-5 depending on how fast you are, for me as long as everything’s done.

I have a large home and no time to clean and tidy. Looking for someone to come at least once per fortnight to tidy and clean.

Need help to declutter 2, medium to large rooms. Need help to sort, bag and carry items. No cleaning required. No heavy furniture to move other than one old, heavy microwave on top of a fridge. Mostly help to clear and sort clutter. Must be strong. There is no squalor, filth or dirt to clean. Just far too much stuff that needs clearing to go to charity which I plan to pre book for pick up. I have had shoulder & knee surgeries. Can help sort - but can’t lift bags. Prefer to sort with the tasker. Payment of $500 is for the entire job completed. $50 per hour. Only listed for 2h but can pay an extra $50 for 3 if needed ($150 all up) I need someone to come do the bathrooms, the floors, the kitchen, and the surfaces. Ideally you'd be a regular as well but it's okay if you can only do this week. I need an invoice after you're done with just a cleaning item number on it and how much I paid. Very simple. I just give that to the NDIS. You must have an ABN. Ideally you'd be a warm approachable person I can use regularly for the cleans every fortnight once my funding increases. For now it's once a month. But I don't mind so long as you have an eye for detail and clean well. Ongoing payment is $50 per hour in future off app if we end up working on a regular basis.
