Hi everyone! I need someone today (Sunday 7/12) to help unbox, assemble, and install various household items at a property in Lara. All items are currently in the garage. You’ll need a trolley as some larger items (like the fridge) are there as well. Everything is from either Kmart or The Good Guys. Your job will be to: • Unbox and remove all packaging • Install/place all items inside the house (from fridge to toaster) • Put all rubbish back into the garage The property needs to look clean, tidy, and ready for tenants to move straight in once you’re finished. Just moved into a new room, got lots of clothes that need to be hung up and put away

Help sort out recent move with stuff in garage

We’re getting the house ready for a 40th birthday party, and we’re looking for someone who’s great at decluttering, organising and helping set up a home so it looks and feels right. This isn’t just light tidying — it’s working with us to reset the house properly and get everything arranged for the event. The work includes: Decluttering key areas and sorting items properly Creating donation piles and helping clear out unused stuff from around house and bedrooms Setting up simple organisation systems so the house functions better Moving some furniture with us as we arrange the spaces for the party Helping position items, décor and general layout Taking direction and collaborating as we go Keeping a good pace without cutting corners I have included pics of around house and floor plan FYI Timing: We’re flexible. You can start on a weekday and continue over the weekend, or start on the weekend and roll into the next week. We’ll be around to guide what stays, what goes, and how we want things positioned for the party (Saturday 6th). There’s also ongoing organising work available for the right person/s after the event. $50 per hour. Only listed for 2h but can pay an extra $50 for 3 if needed ($150 all up) I need someone to come do the bathrooms, the floors, the kitchen, and the surfaces. Ideally you'd be a regular as well but it's okay if you can only do this week. I need an invoice after you're done with just a cleaning item number on it and how much I paid. Very simple. I just give that to the NDIS. You must have an ABN. Ideally you'd be a warm approachable person I can use regularly for the cleans every fortnight once my funding increases. For now it's once a month. But I don't mind so long as you have an eye for detail and clean well. Ongoing payment is $50 per hour in future off app if we end up working on a regular basis.
