I’m looking for someone with an interior design or styling background to help declutter, reorganise and style our home across multiple sessions. This isn’t just a tidy-up. I want someone with a genuine eye for how a space works and feels — who can walk into a room and know what needs to go, what needs to move, and what’s missing. The goal is functional, calm spaces that reflect the home we want to live in. The work: Decluttering and reorganising living areas, home office and bedrooms, advising on storage and layout, and bringing cohesion through styling, colour and decor. Arrange different label options, potentially assemble furniture and hang photos or frames up. You: Background in interior design, styling or professional organising. Strong eye for calm, cohesive spaces. Organised, reliable, happy to tidy & wipe/dust surfaces as we go, relocate items to different areas of the house / garage as needed, happy to be hands on, offer different ideas and easy to communicate with. We need a true housekeeper who can take ownership of the space, keep it meticulously clean, and actively help with organization, tidying, and daily household flow. ​We also have pets, so you must love animals! ​Key Responsibilities ​Deep & Maintenance Cleaning: Kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. ​Organization & Tidying: Putting things away, organizing closets/cabinets, decluttering surfaces, and maintaining order. ​Laundry & Linens: Washing, folding, putting away clothes, and changing bed linens. ​Pet-Friendly Tasks: Light pet cleanup (vacuuming pet hair) and ensuring their areas are tidy. ​General Upkeep: Emptying trash/recycling, wiping down appliances, and keeping track of household supplies needed.

We are looking for a housekeeper to come for 3-4 hours per week to clean the house and do a bit of meal preparation. On a weekly basis the tasks will vary, and may include making 1-2 meals (we will share detailed recipes), washing and changing sheets, cleaning the fridge, cleaning the oven, doing the dishes as well as standard cleaning tasks etc. We will pay based on hours spent each week, but expect it to be around 3-4 hours. We have a big house with 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms, but not every room will need to be cleaned every time. Must like dogs, as we have a small mini dachshund - Milo - who will be at home with you (see picture).
