Weekly housekeeper wanted - ongoing household help ($120 per week) We’re looking for a reliable, proactive housekeeper to help out at home on a regular weekly basis. The role would usually be 4 hours per week, depending on what needs doing that week. Tasks may include: • General tidying and cleaning around the house • Kitchen reset, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and general bathroom cleaning • Cleaning out and organising the fridge • Changing bed sheets • Putting laundry on, hanging/folding, and putting clothes away • Simple meal prep for the week (healthy basic meals that we have recipes and ingredients for) We have all cleaning supplies and equipment, so you won’t need to bring anything. We also have a cute little dachshund puppy who would love some cuddles or a quick play in between tasks, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. Hi Taskers, We found our previous regular cleaner/housekeeper through Airtasker and worked with her for several years before she moved interstate, so we’re now looking for someone new long-term. My partner and I live in Carnegie with our 8-month-old daughter and our friendly Golden Retriever. We’re looking for someone reliable who can provide regular maintenance cleaning, with occasional deeper cleaning tasks worked into visits over time. The main ongoing work would include: - Vacuuming and mopping - Dusting and wiping surfaces - Bathrooms and kitchen cleaning - General tidying/resetting of the home - Managing dog hair (we do also run a robovac regularly) In addition to the regular maintenance cleaning, we’d also like one deeper-cleaning task completed each visit where possible. For example: - Cleaning out the fridge - Deep cleaning the oven - Window cleaning - Carpet shampooing using our machine - Skirting boards/detail cleaning We are not expecting all deep-cleaning tasks to be done at once — just gradually tackled over time alongside the regular clean. Our home is a small 4-bedroom weatherboard home. Two of the bedrooms are rarely used and usually only require a quick dust/vacuum. We’re looking for someone who can bring their own equipment and products (vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies etc). I’ve priced the task based on approximately 4 hours for one person (around $70/hr equivalent), though it may also suit a team of two working shorter hours.
