I have a spacious outdoor entertaining area near the Pool & it needs a DEEP, extensive clean before Christmas... There are "serious" cobwebs etc... Floors - properly scrubbed + inside drawers & cupboards... There's a least 8 hours work... the first time & then less & less as it's maintained; so "better & better pay for less work" over time... For someone who's "fast" and works hard - it can probably be done in 4 - 6 hours... MUST have own equipment & cleaning products. MUST have own protective gear. I'd be very happy to EXTEND - the task - and add in "outdoor cleaning" of ceilings in the carport... for "EXTRA".
