I need someone to do: General cleaning duties as well as: - cleaning out my fridge(which I have done recently so its not as bad as it sounds), - laundry - theres a dryer, - ironing (there isn't much), - taking down the recycling, - taking out the rubbish(theres a shoot 5m from the door), - cook meals for the weekdays. (I eat out on the weekends. ) I have a cat, so kitty litter duty is also on the cards. He also likes a good brush and a bit of play if you're inclined! 3-4hrs / day - this is up to you; rate is approximately $37.50/hr, where some weeks might only be 3 hrs per day and you still get the same amount so its $50/hr. Cooking time etc included, but you manage your own time. Fixed rate - $300pw 6-8hrs work. - Due date: Flexible

27th July: You would have to bring cleaning stuff as our will be packed away already. We will be there to clean too, so we can get it done within 2 hours and get the keys back before 5pm. We have a single-storey 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in an apartment block. There are no carpets, only tiles and laminate. There is no garage, no study and kitchen and living room are one room. We are currently cleaning the apartment once a week, so it’s in quite a clean condition. The apartment will be empty, at maximum there will still be some boxes which will be taken out on that day. Access is through a lift. No stairs are needed. We have to be done before 4.30 pm. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 27 July 2022 Alternatively, on the 28th July, you could do the cleaning yourself, pick up the keys from the agency (10 minutes walking distance). I would pay a different price as I will not be there to clean together.
