The budget stated is for two hours work. I live in a cottage so it is a small home. I would like the living and wet areas cleaned with some organising if time permits. Cleaning of bathroom includes using provided cleaning products to clean tiles, shower screen and basin. Deep clean of toilet, floor and walls. Laundry requires sweep or vacuum and mopping. The trough requires sanitising and window and sill also will need cleaning. Lounge has TV & cabinet to be dusted and polished with floor to be vacuumed and mopped. Kitchen benches to be cleared and sanitised and the flood vacuumed and mopped. There is also a passage to be vacuumed and mopped. I will expect a conversation by phone or face to face prior to you attending to do the task. This is not negotiable. While I am interested in good reviews and a police clearance, I will not rely solely on them to reassure me of your capacity to complete the task as requested. For the first 2 weeks the person will be needed for 4 hours, after which it will be 3 hours per week. The person will initially be paid $140 for the first two weeks and then $110. The preference is payment to be paid as a bank transfer, directly into a bank account. The person must also be willing to undergo a police check.
