Need supporting hand to packing, organise & moving boxes from 1sr floor to garage

I have just moved house and need to sort through archiving boxes from previous businesses as well as mementos and things and reduced by 2/3 which is easy ; unfortunately my back is wrecked and so I can’t be lifting the boxes so you would be grabbing a box bringing it to me I’ll sort through it. You might be wiping down plastic folders plastic boxes and things like that so they can be repacked. You must be able to lift up to 10 kg at a time and move those boxes through the house. You need to have very clear communication skills or the ability to take notes very quickly as I will explain things and write them down but I don’t wish to be explaining them 18 times throughout the day. There are two large and friendly dogs onsite Any questions please ask the physical labour is just moving the boxes through a small house, no steps required and then shifting folders around and things like that.
