We’re looking for an efficient and trustworthy cleaner / housekeeper for our house in Newmarket. Two hours initially for a trial, then approximately four hours per week. Duties include regular cleaning (wiping benches, dishwasher, sweeping, mopping etc), clothes washing and folding. Some flexibility with days / times for the right person.

Paving or concrete sitting area. Outdoor area is around 50-60m2. We want to change gravel into more permanent underground with some sort of retaining wall.

I am looking for someone to come and work through a list of jobs/tasks at our house. I will be home and guide you from task to task. We will start with a 6 hour day and go from there. (But there is probably more work to be done) Jobs include: Washing outdoor balcony/stair balustrades/Railings. Picking up leaves/debris all around property. Weeding and pulling dead plants. Cleaning windows. Power Washing driveway/Pavers/fence. Wash pool cabana. Vacuum day bed cushions. We have a leaf vacuum/blower and a pressure washer, so you should be comfortable using them. There may also be some work up a ladder (safe height). You should have an eye for detail, work at a good pace, but thoroughly. Just a few photos attached as examples.
