I’m looking for someone to cleaning my apartment while I’ve lost my license. Also ongoing after but I need some very reliable that will be available within a days. Notice preferably and someone very trustworthy who is happy to do the laundry while they are there and send me photos as I won’t be there myself to check it most of the times. Essentially all you would need to do is go, after each booking to clean the apartment put things back where they belong.. empty the bins, change and wash the bed sheets, just make sure nothing is broken and check the doors locked. I am flexible my license can help with you can’t do, but for now I need someone I can really relying on to multiple cleans per week Also flexible to either a weekly or per clean rate all day because the times will varies between not that way if someone is staying there the whole week and then till three maybe the following week can change week to week My occupancy rate is high I do have a lot of longer bookings I need someone local and available at short notice I understand some times when you can’t make it i will help but I live quite far away and costs me quite a lot of money which is why I’m looking for a part time helper (long term preferred) if all goes well, I’m happy to continue the agreement even once I receive my license I’m very time poor, and can do with the extra hand should be no more than three per week. Usually 1-2 I just need someone flexible happy to do a basic clean with steam mopping, the floors sweeping outside laundry, just the bedsheets and changing them over to fresh ones, which will be supplied. Obviously And then just the small things like taking photos of any damage checking the doors just little things on your way out.. and I need someone with great communication as well. Please don’t answer the sad if you’re trying to start a clean and come now and you’re new to the area as I’ve had a bad experience and I’m looking for someone local and reliable who’s looking for work on going? - Due date: next week start

Moved in have been busy doing repairs, generally I need clothes and random items to be sorted placed , folded & hung in wardrobe with some organisation, make-up to be sorted and cleaned into cases (supplied ) I'll be helping in around too but just need help.
