I’m a busy mum of 2 kids- 2 month old and 1 year old. I need help around the house, tidying up, cleaning, folding washing, changing beds, washing dishes, cleaning cupboards, this is weekly work. Person must be a girl and I’ll pay $30 an hour. I supply all cleaning supplies, vacuum and mop.

Tasks: • Sort and pack items into boxes, label by category (kitchen / daily items / misc). • Separate rubbish/unwanted items and take to bin room / designated spot. • Tidy and pack items on the balcony. • Light surface clean only: • Wipe kitchen benchtops, cooktop, cupboard doors, sink area • Quick clean of balcony surfaces. • Just clear big rubbish from the floor – I will use a robot vacuum afterwards, no deep mopping needed. Apartment with lift, no heavy furniture moving. Please bring your own cleaning products and cloths. I have some rubbish bags and a few boxes; extra boxes are welcome. Estimated 3–5 hours for 1 person (flexible). When making an offer, please mention your experience with cleaning/packing for moves and whether you work alone or with a partner.

We’ve got a rental inspection coming up and could really use a hand getting the place back in order. It’s a 3-bedroom home (only one actually used as a bedroom — the others are an office and a cat/spare room), with hardwood floors, one bathroom (shower only), and a carpeted living room. We’re two full-time working adults with ADHD and three friendly (and a little shy) cats, so things can get a little… lived in. We’re looking for someone who can help with a proper clean and a bit of light organising to make everything inspection-ready (and maybe a little less chaotic).
