Hi guys looking for a regular, reliable Cleaner who can look after our unit for change over cleans and laundry. Cleans will need to be done in between 10am and 2pm on check out days which could be any day of the week or weekend and public holidays. Minimum nightly stay 3 to 5 nights. Usually 5 or more. This is a holiday rental guests must leave the unit in a clean state , take out rubbish and run the dishwasher on departure. These cleans take around 2 hours to 2.5 hours. Linen will need to be cleaned off site as there is no onsite washer dryer that works quickly in the unit. Complete hotel room change over eg Kitchen clean , bathrooms, balcony, windows, floors, check kitchen cupboards are organised, sheet change over and rubbish, top up shampoo coffee and sink cleaning products. There is no onsite parking but there is a Woolies car park with 2 hours parking in the same Lane way. This is a city spring Hill location. We are looking for a team who can help us increase our cleaning review on Airbnb each guest reviews this so it's important that it is always done above standard. You must have an abn, a business with linen service would be great to be able to dry and fold linen in your own area home or laundry mat and finally be available on a long regular basis.
