Having a family and friends birthday function with approx 35 adults and 6 kids and require 1 very capable, friendly and organized person to assist with arranging food, clean up, etc. Finger food is being catered for but just needs re-heating up in oven and arranging onto trays and table. No need to serve unless feel the need to. Person I am looking for would have had experience with a function on their own. Someone who is very well presented, motivated, friendly and works well on their own. Being a home party I don’t envisage much stress as everyone is friendly and accommodating but I would like whoever comes along to take initiative and do what needs doing without being asked all the time. As the hostess I would like to be able to enjoy our party and friends without worrying about working in the kitchen and tidying up, etc. Party starts at 2pm so would like start to be around 1.30pm with a 4 hour window and may be extended to 6 hours if required.

I need a founder brand video, but I don’t want to be speaking directly to camera. I’ve already recorded the voiceover, and I’d like the key parts of the script displayed on screen using my brand fonts as the narration plays. I’ve organised all of the assets into folders to make it easy to follow. They include my own photos and video footage, along with licensed stock clips I’ve sourced. As you work through the voiceover, please pull the relevant visuals from the corresponding folders (flowers, perfumes, rituals, nature, etc.) and blend everything together into one cohesive, beautifully edited film. The overall look should feel cinematic, nostalgic, warm and luxurious, with a soft golden film treatment throughout. I’m after something that feels elevated, emotional and timeless rather than like a typical social media edit. I’d also love very subtle background music—something gentle and elegant, such as a soft piano track that complements the voiceover without overpowering it. I’ll send you my Instagram so you can get a feel for my brand aesthetic. I’m really looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands luxury beauty branding and can bring all of these elements together beautifully.
