Soil report provided. - Barndominium style build - Portal frame (not after traditional style framing ie studwalls) - UB or UC portal frame - Frame & Girt, No interior plaster etc It's is an open. Space underneath but open to some support if cost difference significant. - Clad with bondor panel on exterior and bondor roofing panel - Recommendations of flooring substrate - Interior walls likely also bondor panel. - Soil Report (class P site) Drafts and sketches must be provided along the way so I can see the progress. Plans NEED to be certified & signed off By a qualified engineering for submission. Please DO NOT offer for this task if you are UNABLE to do so. Plans must be given back to me in proper format. FEE: $750-$1250 Airtasker fee, if I’m happy with the plans and they are properly certified - Depending on the quality TIME FRAME - MUST be completed on or before Wed/Thurs 19th/20th November.

We have a room that we need 2 walls neatly removed, to open the space up. All power has been disconnected. Also require Slatwall in this area removed. Red in the photo is walls, Blue is the Slatwall. Rate includes removal of plaster and-glass from site. Professional job required not leaving a mess.

We need to replace the skylight in the picture with the supplied same Bunnings skylight which we will provide. The tunnel can stay the same in the roof, it’s just the diffuser and fastening ring that needs replacing. As the current skylight is glued in, there likely will need to be a little bit of plastering and then panting of the ceiling to make sure it looks as new

Carefully remove nails, screws and fixings from the brick walls and window frames in a 1 bedroom apartment. You will need to have experience doing this task as cracking bricks is not preferable. You’ll need a drill, hammer, screw drivers and a dustpan and broom. I have a 3 step step ladder but if I’d have a medium height ladder this will help. It’s actually an easy job, just needs a little care. Should take 1 hour tops, if that. It is to prepare for the painter to do their base coat. The job is easy but I’d like it done with care. The photos are just a few of the spots that have these fixtures. They are sporadically around the apartment.

Entry way - to be painted, undercoat on one wall and patching done. Bedroom - to be painted, undercoat and 1 paint coat inside the wardrobe, undercoat on patched areas and then normal paint on walls 1 coat. No painting needed on window wall. Would like done this weekend.

Task Description: During a previous unapproved aircon installation, the external wall and underlying flashing were penetrated. The wall now needs to be restored to its original condition, including replacement of the damaged flashing. Scope of work: Carefully remove any unapproved fittings, sealants, or fixtures from the affected wall area. Expose and inspect the damaged flashing underneath the plaster/render. Replace the penetrated flashing like for like — same type, thickness, and material as the original flashing to ensure proper waterproofing. Restore the wall to its original condition, including re-plastering, sanding, and painting to match surrounding areas. Provide clear images of the completed “make good” work for submission to the strata/building manager. Notes: The area was previously altered without approval; all repairs must comply with relevant building and waterproofing standards. A formal quote must be provided before any work begins. The budget shown on Airtasker is a placeholder only — the actual cost will depend on inspection and agreed scope. Please include materials, labour, and disposal in your quote. A site inspection before commencing the job is preferred to confirm requirements.
