I’m looking for an experienced Creator / Personal Brand Manager to work with me long-term and help grow my personal brand across TikTok and Instagram. I currently have around 3,000 Instagram followers and am looking to significantly grow both platforms and turn my audience into genuine income through brand deals, UGC, affiliate opportunities and other creator opportunities. I’m comfortable being the face of my brand and creating content. I’m looking for someone who can take care of the growth, strategy and business side so I don’t have to figure everything out myself. I’d like help with: • TikTok & Instagram growth strategy • Content ideas, trends, hooks & planning • Editing/posting Reels & TikToks • Audience growth & engagement • Finding and pitching brands • Securing and negotiating brand deals • Finding UGC opportunities • Affiliate opportunities • Turning my growing audience into income 💰 Payment: I’m specifically looking for a performance-based/commission arrangement. I don’t want to pay an upfront fee or monthly retainer at this stage. I’m happy to agree on a fair percentage of revenue from opportunities you generate or manage. This is intended to be a long-term partnership where your earning potential grows as the brand grows. Please include examples of creators/accounts you’ve worked with, results you’ve achieved, your experience with brand deals/UGC, and your proposed commission structure. I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to grow with the brand, not simply schedule posts. ❤️

Hi, We're a Brisbane commercial cleaning business on the lookout for a confident cold caller, there's ongoing work and solid earning potential here for the right person. You will need to call a provided list of Brisbane businesses, follow our script to introduce our cleaning services, and get the potential client to agree to a quote & site inspection. We give you the leads, the scripts and all the service info, you bring the phone skills and the persistence. We're happy to structure it as a base rate plus a bonus for every client we end up providing a quote for, so the better you do, the more you make. Keen to start with a short paid trial, then lock in regular hours if it's working for both of us. Tell me a bit about your cold calling experience and the rate you're after and we'll take it from there. Cheers

Send me your weekly quotes for a Customer Experience Virtual Assistant About Us: We are a delivery service in Australia. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality and a deeply personal connection with our community. The Commitment: This is very manageable, low-volume role, perfect if you are looking for a steady, part-time addition to your schedule. You expect roughly 50 total inquiries per week (approx. 20-30 text messages from different people and 10-15 emails from different people). What the Role Involves: Social Media Management (90% Instagram, 5% TikTok, 5% Facebook): Reply to comments and direct messages (10-15 people Who message you a week) , answer product questions, and engage with our community. WhatsApp Support (Text-Only): Handle day-to-day customer text inquiries regarding orders and deliveries. Email Management: Keep our customer support inbox organized, responding to general inquiries in a timely manner. Spreadsheet Management (No Stripe Access Required): You will read customer emails/texts and update our Google Sheet. You can update customer addresses directly. For bigger actions (pausing, adding items, removing items, or cancelling), you will simply write "Pause", "Add [Item]", or "Cancel" in the sheet's Notes column for the business owner to process. Escalation & Training: For the first few weeks/months, we want you to forward anything related to cancellations, refunds, pauses, or edits directly to the owner. We are very happy to teach you and walk through processes together! Never guess—if you are unsure or see an urgent issue/phone call, just flag it. What I'm Looking For: Excellent written English and genuine attention to detail — a lot of this job is correctly interpreting messy, one-off customer notes, not just answering FAQs. Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and updating customer notes accurately. Reliable and communicative — able to flag things you're unsure about and eager to learn.

I’m looking for someone with a **fresh, youthful and creative style** who understands current Instagram/Facebook trends, but can still keep the content professional and appropriate for a healthcare business. We’re a custom cake business seeking a hands-on specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for a paid 30-day trial. We intend to continue monthly if the work is strong. We create made-to-order wedding, birthday, corporate and celebration cakes. Customers generally enquire, discuss their design and pay a deposit rather than checking out online. Our current combined ad spend is approximately A$110/day. We have active campaigns, a WordPress website, enquiry forms, WhatsApp, GA4 and Meta tracking. We need better lead quality, more confirmed orders and reliable reporting on which advertising produces them. What we need in the first month Audit and improve tracking. Test the journey from ad click through form or WhatsApp enquiry to qualified lead and paid booking. Check GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, Meta Pixel, duplicate events and attribution. Assess and implement agreed improvements to Meta Conversions API/server side tracking and Google enhanced conversions for leads where appropriate. Manage and improve both ad platforms. Manage new and existing campaigns. Build an audience strategy. Review opportunities to retarget relevant website visitors, people who engaged with our Facebook or Instagram content, video viewers and people who started an enquiry but did not book, where these audiences can be measured appropriately. Plan by cake category and occasion. Recommend a prioritised campaign structure for weddings; birthday milestones; kids’ themes; corporate cakes; other celebrations; Develop a 12-month calendar for seasonal opportunities including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas. Explain which categories deserve dedicated campaigns or ad sets, which can be tested within existing campaigns, and when each should run. Please offer a price for the complete first-month work you will deliver. Tell us your experience on the above requirements.

Hi, I recently moved into a new home in an Inner Sydney suburb. I want someone to research the history of my house ( +100yrs old). This would include the original subdivision, any photos, list of old residents, etc. You can source the info from public databases, local history at the library, etc. If there are docs that are available at a cost, you only need to provide me with the info, and I will buy. The rest I just need the info, and a list of sources. It doesn't need to be an academic report, it can just be a word file, with the info and links. I will be using this to produce a book - as a gift Experience with local history is beneficial, as is experience with trawling through databases.
