I'm looking for an experienced building designer to prepare a full set of design and documentation for a proposed single storey residential dwelling. Scope of work includes: Concept & 3D Renders – Exterior renders showing the proposed design from key angles, sufficient for client presentation and feedback Working Drawings – A complete set of construction drawings suitable for a building permit application, including site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, and roof plan Joinery Details – Detailed joinery drawings for key areas (kitchen, bathrooms, robes, and any other built-in joinery as required) What I'll provide: Any survey information available Design brief including room requirements, preferred style, and budget context Who I'm looking for: Qualified building designer or architect with residential experience Proficient in producing 3D renders (Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or similar) Able to produce permit-ready working drawings Experience with joinery documentation Based in Western Australia preferred, but open to remote designers familiar with WA requirements Deliverables: 3D renders (minimum 3–4 exterior views) Full working drawing set (PDF + native files) Joinery detail drawings Please include examples of previous residential projects and an indicative fee or hourly rate when making an offer.
