Looking for a high-performance coach to help me plan my training program (strength / boxing and running) and also prepare for the Sydney Marathon (August). I live in Neutral Bay and need a mix of remote programming, nutrition and diet tracking and monthly in-person technique check-ins (lower North Shore area). My Goals: Hit 8-10% body fat (Lean down while "toning up"). Complete Sydney Marathon with a structured performance plan. High-touch macro/nutrition coaching. Current Activity: 1-2x Boxing, 1-2x Weights, 3x Runs/week. Specific Requirements: Technique: Must be able to perform a monthly running gait analysis and form correction in person. I have permanent residency, but I feel very insecure about my current English.
