I’m seeking a draftsperson or building designer to prepare a simple signage package for a Development Application. Scope includes: - Front elevation drawing (to scale) of an existing commercial building - Based on provided photo and basic dimensions - Showing placement of proposed signage 2. Signage detail plan / schedule, including: - Sign locations - Approximate dimensions (mm) - Colours - Materials (e.g. aluminium letters, vinyl decals) - Illumination (non-illuminated or low-level only) This is for council submission, so drawings must be suitable for DA (not just visual mock-ups). I will provide: Building photo, signage layout / mock-up and approximate dimensions where available. The signage is limited to a building sign, window decals and an existing freestanding sign (no additional or complex signage elements). Looking for someone with experience preparing drawings for DA or council submissions.

I am working on behalf of RWS Life Sciences. RWS Life Sciences provides language solutions and services to the life sciences industry. With a focus on improving patient outcomes, RWS collaborates with global organizations on critical projects such as research, clinical trials, and content localization. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and positively impacting healthcare solutions worldwide. Role: This is a volunteer, remote role for a clinician to review and refine some research questionnaires related to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) of around 660 words. The role involves ensuring accurate medical terminology for Australia, and offering feedback on clarity of the questionnaire. The clinician will review the Australian versions being translated from the USA versions to enhance the questions for their intended purpose. Requirements/Qualifications: • Must be a Native English speaking Australian citizen who is a medical professional who regularly works with and has responsibility for patients. • The reviewer must be a graduate of a medical program and no longer be a matriculated student. • Clinicians should have minimally 5 years of experience outside of their schooling. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to PCOS and women's health. • Experience in clinical practice, preferably within Endocrinology, Gynaecology, or related fields. • Effective communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback. • Willing to provide some initial personal qualifying and contact information and sign a non-disclosure form and certify their review on completion of the task. • Have a phone and email for remote work. • An incentive payment of $150 is offered for completion of the task which should only take around an hour once assigned.
