I’m looking for a talented videographer/content creator to help create the first official video for Worth Each Bite, a new Melbourne-based food and hospitality media platform. Worth Each Bite is about more than food reviews. We tell the stories behind the food — the chefs, makers, venues, producers and people who make hospitality special. EXPLORE. TASTE. SHARE. The Project I want to create a cinematic 60–90 second launch video introducing Worth Each Bite, what the platform represents and what people can expect. The video could feature: * Me introducing Worth Each Bite to camera * Chefs cooking and working in kitchens * Food preparation and finished dishes * Cafés, restaurants, markets and producers * Behind-the-scenes hospitality moments * Melbourne street/location footage * Voice-over and cinematic B-roll The goal is to create something that feels like a trailer for the Worth Each Bite brand — authentic, energetic, emotional and modern rather than corporate. What I Need Ideally, you can assist with creative direction, filming, lighting/audio, directing, editing, colour grading, music, sound design and basic branded graphics. I’d also like the main video adapted into several short vertical clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok. I already have the Worth Each Bite logo, branding, website direction and overall concept established. Ongoing Opportunity This could become ongoing work. Worth Each Bite will feature chef stories, venues, recipes, producers, podcasts, community initiatives and hospitality content. I’m ultimately looking for someone who could potentially become a regular creative partner as the platform grows. We will be hosting a partner breakfast on our rooftop and would like to have a chef cooking bacon, eggs, mushrooms, halloumi on the BBQ (we have one), as well as a fruit platter and some yoghurt pots. We will buy in the food. The Barista would make coffees to order using our coffee machine, plus help serve food and juices etc. Guest arrival = 8am, finish time 9.30am so 7.30-10am would be the timings.

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and organised event assistant to help at our celebration at our home in Hunters Hill on Saturday 26 September. It will be a daytime garden/home celebration with approximately 40 adults and 25 young children, with yum cha-style food, a dessert table and drinks station. We already have catering/styling organised — we’re looking for someone to help keep everything running smoothly and tidy throughout the event. Tasks will include: * Clearing used plates, cups and rubbish throughout the event * Taking dirty dishes to the designated clearing/kitchen area * Changing bin liners and taking rubbish to the outdoor bins before they become full * Keeping the kitchen/food area tidy * Replenishing plates, napkins, cutlery, water etc. * Helping keep the buffet and drinks areas organised * Light assistance to the chef/caterer if required * Resetting/moving chairs as guests move around * Checking the guest bathroom periodically and restocking if needed * Helping with small unexpected jobs that come up during the party * Light tidy-up at the end No cooking or formal table service required. We’re looking for someone who has hospitality, events, catering or waitstaff experience and is comfortable noticing what needs to be done without needing constant direction. Hi everyone, we're after two waiters for our backyard wedding. It's Saturday 21 November at a private property in Dalkeith, 37 guests, all outdoors. We have a private chef and helper doing the food, so this is more about keeping everything running smoothly around them. Roughly 3pm to 9pm, still finalising. What they'd be doing: - Passing canapés around - Clearing plates and glasses - Keeping the food table tidy (dinner is family style so guests help themselves) - Putting dessert out on the shared table - Topping up the drink buckets around the garden - Collecting rubbish We'd go through a plan with them beforehand.
