Bulk broth making to my recipe. Chicken 200 litres and vegetarian 200 litres. Must have FSS, own ABN and experience working in a commercial kitchen, with large volumes and able to manage time. This opening is 2 days per fortnight, approximately 10 hours per day. You will be working from a commercial kitchen and will need to be self led and directed. You need your own ABN. You need to be able to modify recipes for larger qty. Ideally have experience working with vegan baking recipes and ingredients. I work wth organic, chemical free ingredients. A chef needed to cook a two course meal for 8 adults and 7 children for a family birthday celebration dinner. Open to ideas on catering, I will supply food/ingredients.
