Looking for friendly, reliable assistants to help run children’s craft activities during school holidays and seasonal events across Sydney. Duties include: • Setting up tables and chairs • Registering children using a computer/tablet • Assisting kids with craft activities (painting, planting, decorating) • Wiping down tables and keeping the area tidy • Chatting with and assisting parents • Pack-down at end of shift Shifts & Pay: • 4-hour shifts • $25 per hour ($100 per day) • Daytime work between 10am–4pm Requirements (must have): ✔ Working With Children Check (WWCC) ✔ ABN ✔ Confident with kids and customer interaction ✔ Comfortable using a computer/tablet Must 16 and over Work available every school holidays + seasonal events (Mother’s Day, Lunar New Year, Christmas). Hello - I have planned my wedding & I am a stylist — I can’t physically be there to style my wedding but I’m looking for someone to just coordinate the space with what I give them - there will already be a florist and planner on site - this task will require mainly tieing ribbons across approx 120 chairs and placing lamps on tables / making sure table cloths are set correctly - not much styling is needed - I just need someone I trust who has a great eye which I can rely on to to coordinate my styling on the day I will only need you for 1-2 hours — experience in event styling is preferred :)

Hello! *Please note having a genuine interest/experience in the industry is required so please include that in your offer We’re a small production company based in Darlinghurst looking for someone to help out as our BBQ runner for our regular office BBQs. It’s a pretty easy-going and fun gig in a friendly creative environment, and would suit someone looking to meet people in the film/advertising industry and make a few connections along the way. The role includes: -Arriving around 9am to help set up for the day -Walking to nearby shops/butchers to pick up supplies (all local) -Running the BBQ and making sure everyone has what they need -Packing down, cleaning up, and helping get everything back in order afterwards -Lunch is included and you’re welcome to sit and eat with us. You’re free to head off once everything’s cleaned up and packed away - usually around 3:30pm, depending on how quickly everything gets done. We’re looking for someone who is: -Friendly and reliable -Happy to work autonomously -Efficient and proactive -Comfortable following direction while also using initiative -Interested in working in the creative industry (or already working within it) Our BBQs are held on Thursdays, roughly once a fortnight. There are usually around 15 people attending but sometime a bit less and sometimes a bit more. Our next BBQ is Thursday 4th June, and ideally we’d love to find someone who’d be keen to help out ongoing. In need of a wedding reception stylist/decorator to style the reception on Friday October 16 at Chin Chins, Surry Hills, Sydney. The reception starts at 5.30pm and we’re allowed only an hour for bump in and set up. I’ll need help with collecting items after 11.30pm when the event finishes.
