I’m looking to host about 10-15 people for pre-drinks before we head out to an AFL grand final day party. Looking to put on a bottomless brunch style cocktail party to run from approx 10:30am 12:30pm on AFL Grand Final day. I’d like the mixologist to be able to create/recommend 2-3 AFL themed cocktails to make throughout the 2hrs, and then pump them out in batches (ie: a tray of 15 of one cocktail, followed by a tray of the next cocktail, and so on). I will purchase the booz required based on suggestions but if you have cocktail glasses to hire that would be ideal? I would assume approx 60 cocktails to be made but limiting to the chosen themed cocktails (to keep the different types of booze required down). Cocktails likely to be gin, vodka or tequila based but will take on suggestions
