I’m self-managing a whole-home renovation in Thomastown (floor plan already completed by my building draftsman) and need a joinery draftsperson to produce precise, manufacture-ready technical drawings for custom cabinetry. This is a drafting-only engagement — I am sourcing and manufacturing the joinery overseas, not through a local cabinetmaker, so I need documentation precise enough to hand directly to an overseas manufacturer. • 2 built-in robes (BIRs) • 2 walk-in robes (WIRs) • 2 kitchens • 1 walk-in pantry • 3 bathroom areas (vanities/joinery) • Laundry Deliverables required: • 2D joinery drawings (plan, elevation, and section views) • 3D renders • Exact dimensions: length, width, depth, panel thickness, and installation tolerances • Material specifications: timber types, MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, finish/colour schedules • Hardware integration: exact locations and models for hinges, handles, drawer runners, locks, integrated LED channels • Construction methods: detailed cross-sections showing joint types (dovetail, dowel, mitre), carcass assembly, and wall-fixing attachments Important: Measurements must be precise — this joinery is being manufactured overseas and shipped, so there’s no opportunity for on-site adjustment. Not sure how much this usually costs so will consider all offers

Hi, I’m looking for someone to build a new feature wall for a TV and electric fireplace in my living room. The existing wall is approximately 3.80m wide, and I would like a new feature wall approximately 2.0m wide, centred on the existing wall and built from floor to ceiling. The job should include: * Timber/metal framing * Plasterboard installation * Recess/opening for a 60” (approx. 1.5m) electric fireplace * Installation of the electric fireplace * Mounting a 65” OLED TV above the fireplace * Plastering, setting, sanding and finishing * Painting the completed feature wall * Supply and installation of cornice/moulding to match the existing ceiling cornice * Skirting/baseboard to match existing where required * Clean-up and removal of waste I will provide the TV, electric fireplace and TV wall mount. There are already power points on the existing wall. Please advise if any electrical work or relocation is required for the final installation. I would like the quote to include all other materials and labour, so the feature wall is completely built, finished and painted. Photos and a reference image with approximate dimensions are attached. My whisky club is creating a perennial trophy ie. an award with lots of small brass name plates on the front. The overall size will be about 35cm wide by 50cm high and we will provide the timber. Hi there, I'd love a laundry cabinet made up. Similar to the photo. Needs to fit space: 1200 wide x 550 deep x standard height. With a stone top sink. Delivery to Roselands or I can pick up. Dont need a tap hole in the stone. Washing machine space to be on left. Sink & cupboards on right. Please let me know if you have any questions. Ideally would like a wood grain look but happy for all white if that makes a differnce to the price.
