I need guidance and advice in purchasing a second hand car. I haven't owned a car in 5years+ and it feels super overwhelming to go through the decision-making process in finding, reviewing, and making a decision on a car purchase. I loosely have an undersanding of what to be aware of when buying a second hand car, but I don't really know for sure. Ideally I would spend no more than $8,000 on the actual car (excluding the fees and charges etc). Ideally would love the car to still have rego for a few months. The type of car I am looking for is something like a Toyota Rav4 Cruiser, or a Mazda CX5. Something where I can put the seats down in the back and throw my pushbike in... I am not really sure where to start with the process, and have spent a few hours on Carsales.com not really sure of what I am looking for. -- From you: - I need to know that you know what you are talking about when it comes to cars, purchasing second hand cars, and that you know what makes it a 'good' or a 'bad' purchase - I need advice from you and for you to help me understand what is important when purchasing a second hand car (and even an understanding of what it means if it has a RWC, or if it doesn't.. etc etc) - Ideally, would love for you to help me actually find a few specific car options, and potentially even come to the test drive with me (possibly - if required) - Someone to help me make a decision on this... I have had this on my mind for YEARS... time to take action and buy the bloody car!!! Thank you!

We have: 1) 8m x 1.5m strip of clumping bamboo between two retaining walls at bottom of garden (essentially a large planter box). Mostly about 5m high. The trampoline in photo can be moved out of the way. and 2) 1m x 2m path of smaller bamboo beside house in a built in planter box Would like cut down and roots dug out. All waste removed from site and disposed of. Access to the street from rear garden is via a double door into the car port / driveway.

Supply and install new stormwater drainage to connect three (3) existing downpipes. Install suspended stormwater drainage beneath the house and through the garage, connected in the front down pipe. Excavate a trench adjacent to the driveway to accommodate new drainage runs. Hydro-vac / wet excavation/ cut concrete to bore beneath the existing footpath for pipe installation. Cut into existing guttering to allow connection of new stormwater line. Backfill drainage trenches with gravel upon completion. All works to be completed in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 and relevant local authority requirements. Seeking crossover Council & Permits and submit QBCC form 4 lodgement.
