Wanting a quote for drawings for council submission in relation to building a first floor unroofed terrace at rear South of property. I can complete the council submission, I only need the drawings. Approx 4.4 metres x 3.7 metres in size and inline with current first floor walls, 2.4 metres high from ground. The structure is to be on steel beams/posts which go to the boundary (roughly 7 metres boundary to boundary). Wooden decking floor. 1.6/8 metre frosted glass privacy screens around the terrace. Stair (spiral if straight doesn't fit) access on West side. Can also have no stairs and access from our first floor if required but last resort. Underneath the terrace is to remain unchanged, allowing current flow of water to continue. No plumbing or electrical will be required. It's a very simple, small structure. This is in Victoria.

Hi! I’ve got an artificial turf roll and double-sided tape ready. I just need someone to help lay it neatly on my balcony floor (concrete surface). The section to cover runs from the 1.41 m wall to the yellow line, about 6 m long (+-) × 1.4 m wide. I only want this part covered (the other is for the BBQ/table area, which will stay uncovered). Tasks include: - Unrolling and measuring the turf - Cutting it to fit nicely - Sticking it down with the double-sided tape - Making sure the surface is smooth, flat, and free of any air bubbles - Cleaning up the edges so it looks tidy It’s an easy-access balcony (lift available), and all materials are provided; you just need a sharp cutter and measuring tape.
