I need a heavy-duty metal frame / stacker which will sit on the floor on top on the washing machine. There should be 30cms between washing machine and dryer. Im leaving 30cms in between washer and dryer as the water taps on the wall are in the way. That explains the need to elevate the dryer which will sit above those taps. I have a few pics as sample. The dimensions of the dryer is 845 mm height, 595 width, 550 Depth. The stacker needs to be 115cms ( height)

I need more power outlets in 4 x different locations in my unit. The details of each location are below. 1. Pantry Cabinet: I need 1 x power outlet (2 x outlets in single body) in the pantry cabinet. It shares a wall with NBN cabinet and there's a power outlet in there. The wall is gyprock. 2. Laundry: I need to add another power outlet in the laundry. 'm not sure if the back wall is gyprock. Please check photos. 3. Kitchen: I need 2 x power outlets (4 x outlets in 1 x body or 2 x separate bodies) 1m high above the floor. There's another outlet down below on the same wall. It's gyprock. 4. Dining Area: I need another power outlet on the other side of the dining area wall. It's gyprock Please check photos and let me know if it's not clear enough. I think it's very easy and quick job.

There was an existing area that had been used to access under the floor. Had to be reopened to access some plumbing. Needs to be put back but I want it this time to be some how the-usable in the future. I would like: 1. Boards need to be made into one piece to work as one 2. Boards need to be made to fit into the hole 3. Some sort of fixing or catch mechanism so that is shut, and latched from the top, yet operable again in the future. 4. All of the current wood appears to be reusable (except for what is need to join them into this potential single hatch) 400mm x 440mm EDIT. Added an image of a latch thing, as an example. One of us needs to arrange this. Open to suggestions on how to do this best.

I removed a 4-drawer stack (600mm wide) to install a dishwasher and now need those drawers moved to another cabinet on the opposite side of the kitchen. The target cabinet is about 18cm shallower, so all drawers must be shortened in depth to fit. Scope of work: * Move existing 4 drawers to the new cabinet * Reduce drawer depth by approx. 18cm (required for both options) * Modify drawers and/or cabinet as needed * Reinstall drawers with proper alignment and smooth operation Options (please quote for your preferred method): Option 1 – Modify to fit (simpler) * Shorten drawer depth by ~18cm (cut and rebuild the back of each drawer) * Keep existing drawer fronts (~600mm width) * Adjust internal structure as needed * Ensure drawers function properly and align cleanly Option 2 – Proper resize (preferred) * Shorten drawer depth by ~18cm (same as above) * Also reduce drawer width and drawer fronts to suit the narrower cabinet * Achieve a clean, built-in look with correct proportions * Maintain good structural integrity and smooth operation Preferred outcome: Option 2 is preferred if feasible, but open to Option 1 if done cleanly Existing setup: * Standard kitchen cabinetry * Drawer stack already removed * Target cabinet is empty and ready * All required cabinet boards/materials are already provided, no extra board should be needed Requirements: * Experienced cabinet maker or carpenter * Own tools required * Clean, professional finish * No damage to surrounding cabinetry Please include in your offer: * Which option you are quoting for * Brief explanation of your approach * Photos/examples of similar work if available Notes: * Open to suggestions if there is a better solution * Prefer a proper long-term result over a quick workaround

Do the sand cement screeding in balcony as per Australian standards. Once dried , we do top coat of waterproofing You do the tiling after waterproof is dried . Tiles supplied . Bring - glue, angle , floor waste , sand , cement and tools. Leave site clean after each working day.
