Task Description: I’m looking for an experienced builder or handyman with structural brickwork experience to carry out urgent remedial work over the Christmas–New Year period. Scope of works: Carefully prop the roof structure above an existing window Remove sagging bricks between the window head and the underside of the roof Supply and install steel lintels to both internal and external brick skins (double brick wall) Rebuild and stabilise brickwork above the window once lintels are installed Ensure the structure is safely supported at all times during works Details: Double brick construction Existing window already installed Brickwork above window has dropped and needs urgent rectification Access is straightforward This is a structural job, so proven experience is essential Timing: ASAP, ideally during the Christmas–New Year break Requirements: Builder or handyman with structural / lintel installation experience Own tools and propping equipment Able to assess and work safely Happy to inspect on site before starting if needed Please get in touch with: Your experience with similar lintel / brick support work Availability over the next 1–2 weeks Rough cost estimate or inspection fee

Bathroom (5sqm) needs new floor tiles. Not sure best way to proceed. Probably shave down existing tiles and then lay new tiles on top. Need experienced tiler to advise and quote. Actual tiling job would need to be done early/mid January.

I need a custom guardrail/barrier around (i.e. 3 sides) a wall-mounted sauna heater. It is a barrel sauna, so the walls are solid wood, curving inwards towards the floor. The purpose is to create a barrier that protects people from accidentally touching the heater. See pics attached. Prefer cedar.

Hi, I need the terracotta floor tiles in my place cleaned, stripped and re-sealed. The tiles are in two rooms. The first room is approximately 3.8m by 4.5m. The other room is a kitchen and so the floor area is hard to calculate, but it is about 4m by 2.5m with a large kitchen island in the middle.
