Substrate preparation and screeding already completed. Scope of Remaining Works 1. Floor Tiling (Completion) • Complete tiling of remaining bathroom floor areas with 600x600 travertine-look porcelain tiles. • Maintain and confirm correct falls to the floor waste in the shower area. • Ensure tile alignment and consistent grout joints with existing laid tiles. • Grout entire bathroom floor with ivory grout. 2. Wall Tiling (Completion) • Complete tiling of all remaining bathroom walls with 600x600 travertine-look porcelain tiles from floor to ceiling (2.15m). • Complete vanity wall in white kit-kat tiles to full height, ensuring consistent spacing and alignment with existing installed kit-kat tiles. • Grout travertine-look wall tiles with ivory grout. • Grout kit-kat tiles with white grout. 3. Fixtures, Niches & Openings • Complete neat tile cuts and finishes around all penetrations and fixtures, including: • Toilet waste • Vanity plumbing • Shower mixer and shower head • Washer/dryer connections • Shower screen channel • All external corners, niche edges, shelves, and visible tile edges to be finished with mitred edges (no aluminium trims). 4. Finishing • Apply silicone to all wall-to-floor junctions, internal corners, and plumbing penetrations for a waterproof and clean finish. • Clean tiles and remove excess grout, spacers, and debris on completion. Notes • All tiles supplied by owner. • Waterproofing and screeding have already been completed and are excluded from this scope.

I have a roof curtain product that I need 2D technical structural connection details done. There are 2 fixing points. The curtain brackets are fixed to the edge of the roof fascia over the eaves gutter and another fixing point is on the actual roof sheet/tile itself. I want detail drawings showing how this is connected and fixed together. I also want to have a small animation showing the movement of the system rolling up and down as the curtain retracts itself and rolls out. Please itemise quote for both or just one of you can only complete one of them. I have attached drawings of the house roof showing first set of brackets extending out over the gutters, and second line of the brackets fixed further back on the roof tiles. The first line of brackets support the rollers struts which need to be added to the top of the roof on drawing and on the front house. Looking forward to getting some quotes. Cheers

The garage door has structural damage at the spring mounting point. The torsion spring centre bracket has pulled out of the brickwork, leaving the spring and shaft partially unsupported. Plaster and masonry around the mount have broken and are exposed. The door is unsafe to operate. Looking for an experienced garage-door technician or builder to: • Repair or rebuild the damaged brickwork / lintel • Securely refit or replace the spring centre bracket • Re-tension and align the torsion spring • Test and make the door safe to use Photos are provided so you can assess before quoting. Hi, I am looking for someone to prepare internal and external 3D renders and options for photorealistic renders and walkthrough/animation. Looking for an initial draft to support internal design finishes selection and then final draft to use for marketing to support sale of the house. 3D renders only required for one of the two townhouses should not both. But would like the kitchens for both townhouses completed given they are slightly different designs. Potentially include renders for: - Facade and landscaping covering both Unit 1 and 2 houses in one render - Backyard and landscaping on Unit 1 house - Living room of Unit 1 house. - First Floor Master En-suite bathroom of Unit 1 - First floor Bed 3 of Unit 1 house - Kitchens of both Unit 1 and Unit 2 - Walkthrough render video of both internal and external of Unit 1. Internal elevations and finishes to be provided with layout drawings. Please breakdown quote for the above items. Please provide sample of previous project deliverables. There is the potential for other projects where good performance and service is provided. Please advise costing options broken down for level of service that can be provided and timeframe for response.

I need help please to install some cat shelves. Have attached pics of what I’ve got. They need to go onto an internal rendered/brick wall and I don’t have a hammer drill (or the skill quite frankly!). I will plan them out on the wall and prebuild as much as I can. Really appreciate some help with this one. For clarity it’s 8 pieces in total. 4 bigger ones (as shown in the pics it’s the ladder, the hammock, the flat platform and the plastic bowl platform) and then there are 4 of the little steps.
