Need somebody to: 1. Go through manhole into the crawl space beneath the floor. Manhole is c. 35cm by 30cm (probably be easier if you're on the smaller side). 2. Crawl c. 3m to retrieve the ends of 2 x coaxial antenna cables (currently sat in wall cavity - not attached to anything) and then drag them back over to the manhole. 3. Install 2 x floor sockets (provided by me - already purchased). 4. Drill 2 new holes in floor, thread cables through and attach into sockets. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or if anything isn't clear. Can be pretty flexible with day and time.

I am looking for a qualified plumbing professional or building technician to review the installation plans for a proposed gym. The site is currently a carpentry workshop, and I need a "real-world" assessment of the existing plumbing infrastructure versus my proposed layout. What I need from you: Feasibility Audit: Look at the current pipe diameters and drainage points. Can they handle the load of X simultaneous showers? Complexity Assessment: Tell me how difficult (and invasive) the install will be. This is a consultancy task to help me understand the "hidden" costs before I sign a lease or hire a construction crew. I have a basic "as built" floor plan and 3x installation plans.

I require a licensed builder, commercial fit-out contractor, architect, or experienced trades professional to provide a written estimate of works completed in a retail shop located at Liverpool, NSW. This estimate is required as supporting evidence for a NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) matter. No physical work is required. I only need a professional estimate of the reasonable market cost of the works that were carried out. I will provide: • Photos of the shop • Description and photos of the works completed • Timeline of works Based on this information, please provide a written estimate of the reasonable cost of the following works: Installation of a metal stud partition wall inside the shop to create a kitchen area Installation of gyprock/plasterboard on the wall Paint on wall Installation of timber floorboards and joinery Installation of down lights by replacing tube lights and wiring inside gyprock with two switches Estimated cost of preparing restaurant architectural layout drawings Estimated cost of preparing HVAC ventilation plan drawings Estimated cost of preparing fire safety plan Installation of 8 cameras and CCTV system Sign writing, labels and logos at front. Air conditioner had been reinstalled due to balcony works. Needs to be reinstalled in the same place. Outside unit will be floor mounted. Hole through wall for duct already made, bracket already on wall. Copper pipe damaged and will prob need to be rewelded
