Look at pictures and give your best offer. I want a neat and tidy job and don’t want to see messy ceiling. Thank you. Need to install 4 ceiling chandeliers in the town house in oakleigh east. All are around 4-5kg heavy. Description Light 1 ground floor and light 2 upper floor will replace existing downlight. Light 1 will have the same switch. Light 2 will Have a new switch and existing switch will operate other existing down lights. Light 3 and 4 are new to be installed nearby existing downlights over kitchen bench top and living room. They require their own switch too. Photos attached.

I am planning to build a new veranda at my property in [Rockbank ], VIC and need both architectural and engineering plans prepared so I can apply for building over easement with western water - photo of veranda idea attached Project details: • Location: Rockbank • Proposed veranda size: 18m long x 3.2 metres wide x 3.2 metres high What I need: • Architectural plans (site plan, roof plan, elevations, section) in PDF format. • Structural engineering drawings & calculations (post, beam, footing sizes; roof connection details). • Files suitable for submission to a building surveyor and water authority I am ready to proceed as soon as possible. Need to be familiar with western water requirements for building over the easement so that you can advise me if any ideas need to be adjusted Please let me know if you need further information or a site visit.
