When you turn the dryer on it sounds like there is a kind of scraping noise when it starts spinning. My guess is that either a coin or something small has managed to fall behind the spinner that is making the scraping noise. My other guess is that maybe I put a big load of wet towels inside and perhaps it was too much and has somehow bent the spinner which is why it could be making the scraping noise. It still spins and works it just sounds to me like something small is caught behind causing the noise. Other than the noise it all still works and spins just that noise is not suppose to be there. Looking for someone who can get rid of that scraping noise. Maybe open it up? I have taken a picture of the dryer (brand) and the location (wall mounted which can be taken off the wall) this building is around 5-6 years old so I would assume this dryer is 5-6 years old too.

Requiring someone to repair the exhaust duct above the stove. Exhaust ducting has split above the stove and as a result, the ducting is blocked and is blowing out air. When the ducting is turned on, the doors of the cupboard remain ajar as the air is not contained as it should be. If this is fixed, the doors should be remain closed and the ducting contained. Please see picture attached to clarify issue.
