looking for an experienced lawyer/solicitor with strong litigation experience to assist with finalising four complaints relating to legal practitioners. I have already prepared: * Four draft complaints (three against my former legal representatives and one against the other party’s lawyer). * A detailed chronology that needs to be refined and aligned with the complaints. * Draft evidence lists for three of the complaints. The work includes: * Reviewing, advising on, refining and completing all four complaints so they are ready for filing. Three complaints are already approximately 60–70% complete. Two matters may be more appropriately pursued through VCAT rather than the Legal Services Commissioner, so I require advice on the correct forum. * Organising all supporting evidence into four separate folders, with each document linked to the relevant allegation.Currently mostly are saved in different folders so they need to be brought into one relevant folder. * Completing the evidence gathering by reviewing the emails I have already labelled and can forward to you. Most supporting emails are already saved in my OneDrive, which I can provide access to. The remaining evidence will need to be identified from my emails. There may be hundreds of emails to review, and I need someone with the experience to identify any additional relevant evidence or further instances of professional misconduct. * Refining the chronology so it presents a clear, logical sequence of events and supports the complaints and evidence. The objective is to have four completed complaints and four well-organised evidence folders ready for filing. I will be self-representing so you can be anonymous if you wish to .The complaints to be prepared with a view to supporting a potential application to reopen Family Court final orders on the basis of procedural unfairness. I have posted a separate task for that matter and would ideally like to engage someone who can also assist with that work.

The business is expected to generate approximately $200,000 in annual revenue. At this stage, there will be minimal invoicing activity, so the focus is on setting up a clean, efficient system and ensuring compliance from the outset.
