I’m looking for an experienced accountant or registered BAS agent to help bring my company accounts up to date and assist with closing the business properly. My company is XXXXX Pty Ltd. I previously had an accountant handling this, but they have stopped responding and nothing has been finalised, so I now need someone new to step in and help complete the process. What I need help with: • Reviewing my Xero file and confirming records• Preparing and lodging any outstanding BAS statements• Preparing and lodging company tax returns that are overdue• Completing my personal tax returns for 2024 and 2025• Helping bring everything up to date with the ATO• Assisting with the process of closing/deregistering the company The Xero file should contain the majority of transactions, and I can provide all emails and information from the previous accountant if needed.
