*Experienced EA / Inbox & Admin Support – Ongoing* I run a well-known Australian designer fashion label near Marrickville and am looking for an EXCEPTIONALLY reliable, organised and astute person for remote EA/PA support as we head into our busiest time of year... Full-on, fast-paced and a lot of fun with a brilliant team! I need someone annoyingly organised and seriously proactive who is confident and capable to action tasks and solve problems before I know they exist. My time is extremely stretched this time of year, so I need someone with sharp judgement and initiative – able to make decisions independently, keep things moving, and know what to handle themselves versus when I genuinely need to be involved. Someone comfortable bossing me around when necessary to make sure no balls are dropped! ;) Ideally, you're also a decent human so you fit our team! HOURS: - Immediate start, 10-hours to start (THIS TASK) - Possible extension to mid-November (10-35 hours/week) - Mostly remote; some Oct/Nov studio availability near Marrickville ideal (AMAZING TEAM & dynamic creative studio!) - Potential for ongoing/permanent work TASKS INCLUDE: - Manage & tame a VERY overloaded email inbox - Identify, prioritise & action important/urgent emails and tasks - Draft replies, follow up & keep things moving - Research, bookings & business/personal admin - Supplier & client liaison & logistics (there'll be a lot of technical industry logistics to learn on the fly) - Customer & team support - Some PA & other tasks as required Previous EA/PA, office management or senior admin experience preferred. NDA required due to access to confidential business/personal information. Must be experienced in Google Workspace and preferably Monday.com (the latter easy to learn). Please advise relevant experience & whether you are able to do some on-site (near Marrickville, NSW) in Oct-Nov. Can't wait to meet the WEAPON we are looking for!
