In-House Bookkeeper Needed – Xero (Sydney / Remote Possible) We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to assist with the day-to-day bookkeeping for a growing commercial cleaning company. The role involves managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with invoicing and contractor payments. Our business operates across multiple sites and contractors, so we require someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions. Tasks include: • Bank and credit card reconciliations (including AMEX) • Processing and reconciling transactions in Xero • Managing accounts payable and contractor payments • Raising and sending client invoices • Monitoring receivables and following up overdue invoices • Uploading and organising receipts and documents in Hubdoc • Reconciling GST, card fees, and business expenses • Assisting with monthly financial reports Requirements: • Strong experience with Xero • Bookkeeping or accounting experience • High attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple accounts and transactions • Good communication and reliability This role may start as part time per week and can grow depending on workload.
