All information must come from publicly available sources such as clinic websites, PHN directories, Healthdirect, or other official listings. This is an administrative data‑collection task — no contact with clinics is required. What you will deliver: An Excel spreadsheet containing at least 1,500 GP clinics in NSW with publicly listed practice emails. The spreadsheet must include the following columns: - Clinic Name - Practice Email Address (publicly listed only) - Number of GPs at the Practice (if available on the website) - Website URL (optional but helpful) Estimated scope: - NSW has approximately 1200-200 GP clinics with publicly listed email addresses - A minimum of 1500 clinic entries is expected Important: This task must use publicly available information only. No personal GP emails, no scraping of private data, and no guessing or inferring contact details.
