I have an applied easement running down the laneway beside my house. It is the main feeder water pipe to the house. It is cold water but the reason it has insulation around it is to stop it heating up in the sun. It has developed a needle squirt leak. I think it is on the weld of the elbow connection.

I have a small leak on a outdoor water pipe and I would like it fixed either through repair of the existing pipe or by replacing that section of pipe. The pipe is in our front garden and only about a foot below the surface- already exposed in an accessible dirt area. I'm not sure what the pipe is made of definitely metal but I'm not sure if it's copper or some other type of metal. It is definitely old and has been damaged before so it's possible that there is rust or other damage. The pipe feeds into an outdoor tap.

Hi! Looking for someone to please help with replacing a broken shower slider. Old one needs to be removed and new one installed. I have attempted it myself and had trouble removing the grub screws from the rail - they seem really stuck. Also, if you can either supply the slider or tell me which one to buy that would be great. found my water tank tap is leaking. Need someone to fix it. Please let me know your quote and methods. The leak is between the black connector and the water tank surface. If I push the tap towards the water tank a little bit, the leakage gets smaller.
