I’m looking for a licensed and insured gyprocker to carry out ceiling patching, sanding and sagging repair work in my home. The ceiling was a glue only job, so if current gyprock can be screwed to the ceiling battens. Most rooms are currently empty with minimal furniture, so it should make access and clean-up slightly easier :) Rooms Overview Kitchen (The room mostly affected by sagging): Remove and replace approximately 6 square meters of gyprock ceiling. Open to suggestions here…. Living Room: 2x old oyster light holes & 1x speaker hole Dining Room: 1x AC vent, 1x oyster light hole, 1x speaker hole Garage: 2 x AC vent holes, 1x old speaker hole, 1x downlight hole and 6x old screw holes. Laundry: 1x oyster light hole & old fan hole Bedrooms (x4): 1x oyster light hole each room) Hallway: Patch light hole Prop and screw: Garage, 4x bedrooms Requirements - Must be licensed and insured - Quote must include all labour and materials - Clean, professional finish required All areas need to be finished and ready for me to paint. I have a terrace house in Glebe and need a few small repairs done. I’m hoping to get the work completed before the end of January. I’m looking for an experienced handyman. Rates are negotiable, so please feel free to submit your quote. The work includes: One of the front wooden door locks is broken. It may need parts reinstalled or a new lock. There is also some minor timber damage around the lock area. A few timber floorboards near the front entrance are damaged and need replacing. To make things easier, I’m happy to purchase the required materials from Bunnings based on your advice, to save time. Photos of the areas needing repair are attached. Mobile mechanic required to do a house call to Cottesloe in the next 24 hours. My mate accidentally put diesel into my car instead of unleaded petrol. It obviously refused to start, so today I had a mobile specialist come to the house to drain, clean,and run diagnostics. After the engine was flushed, the car is now running despite being very slow and shaky on the road. The specialist advised that the engine is only running on three cylinders. Needing a qualified mechanic to do a home service and potentially change the spark plug in the fourth cylinder. Hoping someone can come and do a light service check of the engine and change the spark plug (if that’s required) Monday 12 December anytime after 10am. The vehicle is a 2011 VW Tiguan
