Hi, I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and need a very experienced Locksmith for the following task: 1. Attend property at 7pm on Tuesday 27th January (after hours) in Sans Souci for a commercial tenancy lock out (tenant has long vacated/abandoned the property). 2. Provide access to the property via jigglers or lockpins (only required if my spare set of agency keys don't work, or if the previous tenant has changed the locks). 3. Replace commercial lock with a new lock and provide two keys on one of the commercial doors. 4. On the other door, Install a 'bolt style' patio or plunger lock on the commercial door and into the ground. As this is a lock-out of a commercial tenant the procedure must be filmed for legal reasons. I will be filming on my video camera, so whoever is uncomfortable being on film please do not respond. You must be a licensed lock smith and have a legitimate business and ABN/ACN etc. I will require an invoice. Image of door lock that requires replacing, and image of area where bolt style/patio lock to be installed. Thanks.
