I am looking for an experienced locksmith to install a smart door lock on a brand-new door. Project Details: * Date: March 3rd (Monday). * Time: Late afternoon (The new door is scheduled for installation that morning; the lock needs to be fitted once the door is up). * Lock Type: Fully automatic smart door lock (purchased from China). * Door Condition: Brand new timber door, 40mm thickness. No existing holes, so fresh professional drilling/mortising is required. Key Requirements: * Template Provided: I have the 1:1 scale installation template. * Tools: Must bring professional tools for precise mortising and hole-sawing. * Software: I will handle the App setup and Wi-Fi pairing myself. You only need to focus on the physical/mechanical installation. Preferences: * Experience with installing international smart locks (Xiaomi, Aqara, or similar) is a big plus. * Please provide a quote for the full installation.

Looking for a qualified locksmith or experienced handyman to install a digital entry lock on my external rooftop deck door. Details: • Location: Top deck / rooftop area of unit block • Door: External metal door • Existing lock: Standard knob set currently installed • New lock: Ikonic Satin Chrome Digital Entry Lock (supplied) • Door thickness: Approx. 40mm (see photo) • Backset: 60mm • Lock is suitable for 35–65mm doors Photos attached of: • New lock (boxed) • Current door • Door thickness measurement • Existing latch Scope of Work: • Remove existing lock • Install digital lock correctly • Ensure latch aligns and closes securely • Weather seal maintained (external exposure) • Test and confirm full operation Would prefer someone with experience installing digital or keypad locks.
