Entrance Area (Exterior/Semi-exterior): Due to previous rain damage, the paint is peeling. The roof has been fixed and is no longer leaking, so this is for cosmetic repair only. Scrape/sand, prime, and repaint required. Interior Walls: Fix hairline cracks and professional mould treatment/repainting in affected areas. Important Requirements: Preferred Working Hours: I would like the work to start around 8:00 AM and finish by 3:00 PM, so the house is ready for the family to return in the evening. Low VOC Paint: Since we have a young child and pets, Low VOC (low odor/non-toxic) paint is mandatory for all interior work to ensure the air quality is safe for the evening. Occupied Home: This is a furnished, lived-in home. We will vacate the house during the day but will return in the afternoon. Furniture & Cleanliness: Please bring your own high-quality drop sheets to protect all furniture and flooring. A clean and tidy finish is a must. Please let me know if your quote includes the cost of paint or if I should provide it. Looking for a reliable professional with great attention to detail.
