My treadmill is 9 years old. It is a high powered Nordictrack. It's in great condition and has been serviced annually by Gymfix. They have just advised that they no longer service individual treadmills and are only doing commercial. The treadmill has started making a sound when I'm on it when on incline. Otherwise, no issues.

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plumber to inspect and fix a drainage issue at my property. All drains in the house are relatively slow, and whenever water is used (sink, shower, toilet, etc.), other drains make a noticeable gurgling sound. Issues observed: • Multiple drains are slow to clear • Gurgling / bubbling sounds from other drains when water is running • Problem affects the whole house, not just one outlet
