We are seeking a qualified AQF Level 5 Arborist to assist with compliance reporting and supervision for a knockdown-rebuild project at Mortdale NSW(Georges River Council) The project involves the protection of a neighbouring Eucalyptus sp. (Gum Tree), and requires tree protection works and documentation in accordance with AS4970–2009 and Georges River Council’s DA Conditions Scope of Work: 1. Initial Tree Protection Plan (TPP) Sign-Off ($1000) Review and endorse the draft TPP (already prepared) for Construction Certificate Ensure all DA requirements are met: TPZ/SRZ, RLs, fencing specs, footing method, etc. 2. Construction Phase Arborist Oversight($1000) Attend site at key hold points, as required by Clause 27: Site meeting with builder before works commence Certify tree protection measures installed Supervise and document any works within the TPZ Conduct monthly inspections and prepare brief reports with photos(client can assist) 3. Final Compliance Report ($1000) Inspect retained tree post-construction Provide Council-compliant final report confirming health, stability, and recommendations (if any) to support the Occupation Certificate Start date will depend on Construction Certificate issue (~in the coming weeks) Flexible scheduling of site visits based on construction timeline Only AQF Level 5 qualified arborists with valid ABN will be considered. Repair screen issue (fluorescent picture) on Sony 40" Bravia TV (Model KLV-S40A10; 2006) Description: I’ve got an older Sony Bravia that has developed a washed-out look on the screen, but the sound is still amazing so I want to save it. Pretty sure the T-Con board has given up. * Model: Sony KLV-S40A10 (40-inch LCD). * The Issue: Picture is foggy/white, but audio and everything else works perfectly. On the menu; it shows the background media perfect. I tried all the MEGAGATE options. * The Goal: Diagnose if it is definitely the T-Con board or something else and swap it out * The Part: Most likely needs T-Con Part #400W2C4LV2.5. I’m happy for you to source the part or I can grab one online if you confirm that's the fix. It weighs about 33kg. I’d prefer someone who can come to my place to do the repair so we don't have to lug it around. If you’re nearby we can talk about a drop-off, but a home visit is probably easiest for everyone! I need an amplifier connected via rca cables to the headunit then wires ran to each speaker from the amp and will need power cable ran to the battery. I will supply all wiring and amp but will need your own tools. The amp is a: Nakamichi NHMD100.4 Amplifier and the speakers are already installed but just for reference there JL Audio C2-650X 6.5" 100w Car Speakers. The amp is a 4 Channel so just want the front speakers and rear right speaker connected to amp as need an extra channel free for the subwoofer which I’ll also supply. Experience is necessary, and the car is a 2013 Mazda 2, with a new battery.
