Mercedes C-Class 2010 - Head Unit Upgrade with Amp Bypass Hi, I'm looking for a skilled and experienced car audio technician to upgrade the infotainment system in my 2010 Mercedes Benz C-Class (W204 model). This is not a simple plug-and-play job, as it requires integrating with or bypassing the factory amplifier. I want a clean, professional installation with all features working correctly. The key tasks for this job are: 1. Remove the factory Audio/COMAND head unit. 2. Install a new Double-DIN head unit that I will supply, featuring Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto. 3. Successfully interface with the factory amplifier using a correct wiring harness to retain sound and steering wheel controls. 4. Install a reverse camera. I have a license plate light camera kit. This will need to be fitted, wired to the reverse light for power, and the video cable run to the head unit. 5. Install the necessary double-DIN fascia/dash kit (CTS-Mercedes or equivalent) to house the new unit. 6. Ensure a tidy installation with all wiring secured and hidden, and no dashboard damage. I will supply all the necessary parts, including: · New Double-DIN Head Unit · Wiring Harness · Dash Kit/Fascia · Reverse Camera Kit I'm looking for a professional who: · Understands the importance of using the correct interface modules to avoid sound issues. · Can perform a neat and reliable installation.
