Hi, I’m looking for a handyman to help with two small jobs at my home. 1. Kitchen cooker hood / extractor fan issue My built-in kitchen cooker hood/extractor fan has started acting differently over the last few days. The fan and lights still work, but it now seems to be blowing air from the rear/inside area of the hood instead of extracting properly outside. I would like someone to inspect it and check: Whether the ducting is still properly connected Whether there is any blockage or loose duct behind/above the hood Whether the outside vent/flap is blocked or not opening correctly Whether air is leaking inside the cabinet/wall area instead of going outside The brand visible on the hood is CucinaAir. I can provide photos of the hood, inside the unit, and the outside vent. 2. Letterbox needs to be fixed back onto the wall My wall-mounted letterbox outside has come loose from the wall. It needs to be properly fixed back onto the stone/exterior wall with suitable screws/plugs or fixings. The wall surface is stone cladding, so I need someone with the right tools and fixings to secure it properly. Please only make an offer if you are comfortable checking cooker hood ducting/ventilation issues and also fixing items securely to an exterior stone wall. Location: A63R2C9

- check Vacuum cleaner not working i think tenants just don't know how to put all the pieces back after they opened to clean it ⁠- main bathroom lock not locking need fixing - ⁠the sink is clogged for the en-suite bathroom but not fully maybe pipe just need cleaning so let's do a pipe cleaning for all 3 sinks, shower and bath as well if possible - ⁠all bed make noise while switching sides so need screw tightening and applying wd40 with silicon which I bought already - hang 6 jacket wall racks in all rooms on a wall, confirm with me the location in each room - balcony door handle is loos need tightening - hang a mirror which have 3m glue stickers on it no drilling needed - replace hinges on 2 kitchen cabinets door which I bought already - Hang fire extinguisher and blanket in the kitchen, confirm the location with me - Check fire alarms are working - lift the cooker hob just to get the serial number for me to order new knobs for this model

Looking for a handyman or plasterer to fix a hole in a plasterboard wall (approx. 15–20cm wide, see attached photos with tape measure). The job requires: Patching the plasterboard securely. Matching the slight rolled texture on the wall. Painting the repair to blend in similar colour is fine. (I do not have the original paint, so color-matching or painting the section will be needed).
