Hi there! I am looking for an experienced, detail-oriented handyman for about a half-day to a full day of work to help with various small installations around the house. The most important requirement is that our walls are plaster. You must have proven experience working with plaster walls (knowing how to avoid cracking, finding studs, or using the correct heavy-duty plaster anchors). Key Responsibilities: Shelves in Drawing room (above TV unit) and for the cupboard in bedroom: Measuring, leveling, cutting (if needed), and securely mounting shelves and shelves frames Hanging Items: Precisely drilling and hanging picture frames and other small fixtures. General Fixes: Various small fitting and drilling tasks around the house. Requirements for the Tasker: Tools: You must bring your own tools, including a high-quality drill, level, measuring tape, and cutting tools. Supplies: Please bring a variety of different types of nails, screws, and specifically high-quality plaster/drywall anchors (e.g., toggle bolts or heavy-duty screw anchors) capable of holding weight on plaster walls. Experience: Clean workmanship is a must. Please highlight your experience with plaster walls in your offer. Time Estimate: 4 to 6 hours (Half-day+).

Looking for a handyman or plasterer to fix a hole in a plasterboard wall (approx. 15–20cm wide, see attached photos with tape measure). The job requires: Patching the plasterboard securely. Matching the slight rolled texture on the wall. Painting the repair to blend in similar colour is fine. (I do not have the original paint, so color-matching or painting the section will be needed). Need a handyman for small repair jobs in Dublin 18. -Living room Replace damaged white shoe moulding / lower trim under the skirting board. Approximate total length is 6–8 metres with a few corner cuts. -Bathroom shower area Replace the two lower front panels / trim pieces under the shower enclosure base. Approximate each length is about 70 cm. Height is approximately 13 cm. Please use moisture-resistant material, preferably PVC if possible. -Also need full resealing of the shower area: inside and outside edges shower tray edges frame corners remove old silicone and apply new anti-mould bathroom sealant Photos are available. Happy for a site visit / measurement before final quote. Please quote labour and materials separately if available.
