Hi there! I’m looking for an experienced fencing installer to replace my current horizontal timber slat front fence with a powder‑coated aluminium slat fence in a similar style. Location Woodville West Access Easy, flat frontage, no obstructions. Scope: - remove and dispose of existing timber fence - supply and install aluminium slat fence (approx. 6–8 metres) - supply and install matching pedestrian gate - posts + concrete footings - standard powder‑coated finish (no wood‑look required) - straightforward install, no height changes or tricky angles What I can provide: - photos of the current fence - measurements if needed - flexible timing for install Looking for: - someone experienced with aluminium slat systems - clean workmanship - clear communication - a fair, transparent quote Happy to answer any questions or arrange a quick site look if needed. I’m in Wakerley and have a few things to get done over the next month or so. For the kitchen cupboard door, the chipboard inside the cupboard where the hinge was has chipped away. For the gate, the current hinges appear to have rotated a little so that the bottom of the door now catches on the floor when opened.

Task: Repair / re-hang external gate – hinge failure due to wood rot I need a handyman or carpenter to fix the hinges on my external side gate. The gate has a metal frame with vertical wooden battens. One of the hinges has pulled away because the wooden fence post/stud it was fixed to has rotted. Job likely involves removing the gate, repairing or replacing the affected section of timber (or installing a new mounting plate/post), and securely re-attaching or replacing the hinge so the gate opens and closes properly. Gate is outdoors and exposed to weather. Materials and fix should be suitable for exterior use.

Looking to have fencing installed at our new home. One side of the house only requires a small fence - 92 cm is the width - with no gate. The other side will require a gate and we would ideally like to do a picket style fence. That width is 5.5m. Photos attached - open to conversation about what would work best for the space. Also happy to treat them as two separate jobs if you’re only able to do one (hence pricing is a starting point on the ad). Flexible with time frames but ideally sooner rather than later. Must be able to supply and install.
