Hi, I’d like to have the existing flooring in my apartment replaced with vinyl flooring. Please note that I’d like you to supply and arrange the vinyl flooring as well as carry out the installation. Therefore, I’d appreciate a detailed quote that includes the cost of the vinyl flooring, all materials required, labour/workmanship, and any other associated costs. The apartment is in good condition, and I’ll also provide photos of the existing flooring for reference. The areas to be replaced are: • Living Room: 3.71m × 3.74m • Entrance Hall: 1.97m × 1.97m • Kitchen: 2.33m × 3.36m Please calculate the total area and provide a detailed quotation, including the estimated amount of vinyl required, material costs, installation/labour costs, and any other relevant charges. Thank you.
