We are seeking assistance to develop a custom GPT (within ChatGPT Pro) to streamline our client communications. Our office regularly uses approximately 50–100 standardised text responses when corresponding with clients. We would like to build a system that allows us to: Paste client enquiries (non-sensitive and non-confidential) into the GPT Have the GPT search a predefined library of response templates Generate replies strictly based on these templates, without introducing external or unsupported information Currently, all templates are contained within a single document and organised using tags. We require guidance on how to best structure and prepare this document so the GPT can accurately interpret and select the appropriate responses. Additionally, we would like clarification on whether the GPT can reliably generate: Tables Hyperlinks We are open to alternative solutions or recommendations to achieve the desired outcome. As we are unsure of the time and cost involved, we welcome quotes or proposals based on your experience with similar projects.

I have a three level house with the top level having slow wifi and drop outs. Have a Orbi RBE771 mesh router system installed with Ethernet backhaul on all the satellites but still have speed issues and devices being very slow. Also have a IoT system installed using ZigBee so its a busy WiFi environment. Looking for someone that can diagnose and recommend a solution.
