Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote) Flexible hours | Remote work | ABN or contractor setup preferred We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused bookkeeper to help us stay on top of finances as we grow. This is a part-time role for someone who’s confident with small business bookkeeping and can work independently. The business operates in the property services and short-term rental space (cleaning + operations), so experience with service-based businesses or multiple revenue streams is ideal — but not essential. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Weekly reconciliation of income and expenses • Xero file management and bank feed review • BAS prep and support • Invoicing and payment tracking (mainly recurring invoices) • Payroll and super checks (basic, small team) • Monthly reporting and cashflow review support • Occasional financial admin (e.g. chasing receipts, allocating transactions) ⸻ About You • Experienced in Xero (must-have) • Comfortable working remotely and taking initiative • Good with numbers and even better with attention to detail • Able to communicate clearly and flag issues proactively • Ideally has experience working with small or service-based businesses ⸻ Role Details • Part-time: approx. 5–10 hours/month (can vary slightly) • Remote and flexible – you can work around your own schedule • Looking for someone long-term who understands the rhythm of small business ops • Pay negotiable based on experience ⸻ If you’re interested, comment or DM and I’ll send through more info. I’m looking for an experienced bookkeeper who understands the ins and outs of running an online eCommerce business. This role is perfect for someone who has worked with platforms like Shopify, Xero, and A2X (or similar integrations) and knows how to keep everything accurate and up to date.
