I was quoted $187 for a full service through ultra tune which I was told included all fluids topped up , 100 point safety check, carpets vaccummed and a few other things. However after getting my car back the paperwork said it is a special standard service and the fluids weren't even topped up. There was also a obvious banging noise when I go over bumps which I suspect has something to do with the suspension that wasn't even noted, despite the paperwork saying no issues were found with the test drive. I doubt it was even taken for a test drive. However, I enquired about this and they told me it was a full standard service that was performed on my vehicle. Is there a difference between a full standard service and just a standard service? Or is this to make it sound as if I got a full service to cover up the initial quote for what they told me was going to be a full service? Have I been conned? If so, I would like for someone on the ball to call them, clarify everything and speak on my behalf. I can send you all communications by text message and all paperwork.

I'm thinking of either buying a Mitsubishi outlander or Volkswagen Tiguan. Model will range from 2016-2020 for the Tiguan and 2016-2021 for the outlander. I need a comparison of parts list costs. Are Volkswagen parts more expensive? How much by? Is servicing cost the same? Overall what would be a better purchase.

Did a steering rack replacement which caused multiple issue to the car, my mechanic did not give me work ticker nor wheel alignment datas. Its an BMW e46 Need to talk to someone about the compensation and adive on how to handle this. The tasker needs to know cars and fair trading regulation in NSW. Prefer a mechanic
