Looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to complete an end of lease clean for a 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace in Schofields, NSW. The job includes standard end of lease cleaning, careful cleaning of painted gyprock walls, and cleaning of the outdoor terrace area. Walls are in reasonable condition and do not require repainting — cleaning only. Scope of Work General cleaning Vacuum and mop all internal floors Clean kitchen including stovetop, rangehood, oven, cupboards, and sink Clean bathroom including toilet, laundry area, shower, vanity, and mirrors Dust and wipe all surfaces Clean internal windows, window tracks, and sliding doors Wall cleaning (important): Professionally clean painted gyprock walls to remove marks and scuffs. Use appropriate methods to avoid paint damage or shiny patches. Focus on high-touch areas such as hallway, living area, light switches, and doorways. Terrace cleaning: Clean outdoor terrace floor and surfaces.
