What do appliance services include?
To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Here are some of the most popular appliance care services and what you can expect when booking your technician:
Fridges and freezers
You’ll need to book fridge repairs and installations if you need a complex fridge or freezer installation or it isn’t cooling properly, makes weird noises, or leaks. Your appliance technician can help with quick fixes like fridge door repairs (so it shuts properly and keeps the cold in) through to more serious issues with the thermostat, motor, or refrigeration gasses. I am looking for someone to remove existing appliances (integrated fridge, integrated oven, integrated microwave, integrated dishwasher, integrated hob) and replace them with new, no disposal is required. Also install washing machine (non-integrated). This is new build, replacing appliances provided with the house. I can assist if extra pair of hands is required, but I am not experienced in any fitting job. Dimensions of old vs new are similar, apart from fridge is higher, below is what potential extra fitting work is required: - Fridge requires re-drill for fixed hinge (currently sliding) - Fridge requires top shelf inside cabinet repositioned and likely back wall of the cabinet removed to fit the fridge's height difference (appx. +18cm) - Advise how to confirm if there is currently 32A circuit for the hob (new hob requirement). This is new build, I think it should be 32A, but want to make sure before fitting. I want to make it within one visit, so will first wait to get new appliances delivered (likely during last week of May) and replace them on the weekend (30/31 of May). If any additional details are required let me know (can provide models, etc).
