Custom Glass Shelves for 2 Display Cabinets I’m looking for someone experienced with glass shelving/cabinetry to measure, supply and install glass shelves in two existing timber display cabinets. The cabinets already have pre-drilled shelf-pin holes along the sides. I’m ideally looking for: * Clear toughened glass shelves * Approximately 8mm thick, or whatever thickness you recommend * Polished edges * Suitable shelf pins/supports supplied if required * Shelves professionally measured and fitted I’m thinking approximately 3 shelves per cabinet, but happy to take advice once measured. The shelves will mainly hold glassware, serving pieces and decorative items, so I’d like them to be strong, safe and nicely finished. We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!
